iExplore is a program to help global technology companies to explore business opportunities in Asia through a series of conferences, workshops and meetings held in Singapore.

Get acquainted with Singapore, the city-state with a unique blend of the new and old. With a beginning of a state built on immigrants, mainly from China & Malaysia, you will find this city one of vibrant cultures and rich heritage.
Overview
A visit to Singapore’s City gallery with a vivid showcase of Singapore’s urban planning will give a good perspective to how this island Singapore has developed. From the two founding fathers Sir Raffles Stamford to Lee Kuan Yew, understand each districts that comprises Singapore’s commercial and financial prowess.
Civic District
Drive around Singapore’s colonial and civic district where you will find the old Parliament buildings as well as long rows of old shophouses and godowns which today house restaurants and bars on the banks of the river.
The Business District
Drive along Orchard road and Central business district where all businesses and community clubs converge and the core of financial and commercial estates. Part of the Central Region in the southern part of Singapore, it includes high value land intensely regulated by the URA's urban planning initiatives. It approximately equates to the area which may be referred to as the city despite Singapore being a city in itself.
New Developments
From commercial developments to leisure and sports hub, from transport to community areas, Singapore has proven to be a fast growing city. Blk 71 is a kind of melting pot for the tech community. Designed to allow startups to gain one-stop access to the resources they need to effectively develop and market their solutions to customers, Blk71 is an incubation project set up by the Media Development Authority, SingTel Innov8 and NUS Enterprise. Tour some of the incubators and startups based there and check out what’s brewing behind those secret doors!

Singapore Orientation (3 hrs)
Explore the city by driving round the Civic District where Sir Stamford Raffles first set foot on Singapore, passing by the Padang, Cricket Club, historic Parliament House, Supreme Court and City Hall.
Next, stop at the Esplanade and Merlion Park and enjoy the impressive views of Marina Bay. Do not miss out this picture-taking opportunity with The Merlion, a mythological creature that is part lion and part fish and the magnificent architecture of the Esplande.
Visit to Thian Hock Keng Temple, one of Singapore’s oldest Buddhist-Taoist temples, before driving past Chinatown. Stop by a Local Handicraft Centre and observe craftsmen at work up-close.
Proceed to the National Orchid Garden, located within Singapore Botanic Gardens, which boasts a sprawling display of 60,000 orchid plants.
Our final stop at Little India will entrance you with the scent of joss sticks, jasmine and spices.
